Delete your account in the app at Settings → Help & data → Danger zone. Google Play and other stores also require a public deletion guide — use leafwatch.app/data-deletion for step-by-step instructions outside the app or compliance references.

Account & data
Backup & export
- Settings → Help & data → Data & backup: export/import JSON backup
- Settings → Help & data → Export reports: CSV (Greenhouse — plants, watering logs, feeding logs, alert history)
Delete data
- Reset local data: Settings → Help & data → Danger zone (clears device-only state)
- Delete account: Settings → Help & data → Danger zone (email confirmation required). Public guide: https://leafwatch.app/data-deletion
Notifications
Weather alerts are most useful before frost, heat, or storms; push notifications help you act in time.
Setup
- Settings → Account & alerts → Notification preferences
- Follow the activation card (grant browser permission on web; Android notification permission in the app)
- Sign in for full push delivery across devices (guests have limited notification features)
Controls
- Alert categories: frost, heat, storms, rain, and more
- Critical-only mode: fewer, higher-priority alerts
- Quiet hours: suppress non-urgent alerts overnight
- Reminder timing: how far before a deadline you're reminded
- Daily cap: limit total notifications per day

Weather advisories: Imminent weather risks
Morning garden digest: Daily summary (when enabled)
Care reminders: Watering/feeding deadlines
Deadline reminders: Nudge before an alert window closes
