1. Delete specific data (keep your account)
Remove individual plants, photos, or locations without closing your account.
Android app
- Open LeafWatch → My Plants
- Tap a plant → Delete (removes the plant, care logs, and related reminders from your account)
- To remove photos only: open the plant → Gallery → delete individual photos
- To remove a location: delete or move plants first, then remove the location
Web app
- Sign in at app.leafwatch.app/login
- Plants → select plant → delete
- Delete gallery photos from the plant detail page
Guest mode (no account)
Settings → Reset local data permanently removes data stored on that device only.
What is deleted
Selected plants, photos, locations, and related care and reminder data for those items.
What is kept
Your account, email, subscription status, and any data you did not delete.
2. Delete your entire account
- Sign in at app.leafwatch.app/login
- Go to Settings → Delete Account
- Type your email address to confirm
- Tap Delete
Android: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account (same email confirmation).
What is deleted
Account, all plants, photos, locations, alerts, reminders, push tokens, and settings.
What may be kept temporarily
Encrypted backups (up to 30 days, per our Privacy Policy); billing records Google Play or Stripe may retain per their policies; anonymized analytics and crash logs held by Firebase.
Before deleting: cancel Google Play or web subscriptions if needed to avoid future charges.
3. Request help deleting data
Submit a request at drphholdingsllc.com/contact with:
- Your account email
- What you want deleted
- Platform (Android / IOS / Web)
We respond within 5 business days.
