Alerts are event-driven — LeafWatch notifies you when action may be needed, not on a fixed daily schedule.

Alert types (examples)

  • Frost / freeze warnings
  • Extreme heat
  • Heavy rain / storms
  • Dry periods / watering guidance
  • Seasonal care windows (fertilize, stop feeding, dormancy prep)

Working with alerts

  • Tap for which plants are affected and what to do
  • Dismiss when handled (won't repeat unless conditions change)
  • Acknowledge care actions to track outcomes (Advanced → Alert Outcome Insights)
